Deleting your account

How to delete your account

On the site: sign in, open your account, choose "Delete account" and confirm with your password.

In the apps: open your profile, then your account, choose "Delete account" and confirm with your password.

If you cannot sign in, write to info@svmedia.it from the email of the account: we delete it for you, within a month of the request.

What is deleted

The account with first name, last name, email, password and chosen language, the sessions on every device, the devices registered for notifications, the municipalities whose obituaries you follow and your membership of businesses.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: to come back to Necrologi360 you need a new account.

What is kept

Thoughts, telegrams and flowers already sent are kept, with the name you signed them with, because they are part of the remembrance and were delivered to the family. You can ask for them to be deleted by writing to info@svmedia.it.

Invoices, orders and accounting documents are kept for ten years, as the law requires.

The technical logs of the servers are kept for twelve months at most.

Business accounts

If you are the only member of a business (a funeral home, a florist or another supplier), deleting the account also deletes the business: its profile, its obituaries with thoughts, telegrams and posters, its catalog, photos and other files, its roles and invitations. Before you confirm, we tell you the name of the business.

With the business its subscription is cancelled at once, flower orders not accepted yet are cancelled with no charge for whoever placed them, open quote requests are closed and the partnerships with other businesses end. Whoever is involved is told.

A florist with flowers paid and not delivered yet first has to deliver or refund them from the panel.

A business with other team members stays with them, with its profile and obituaries: the only person who can manage the team first has to give this permission to another team member.

A team member can delete their own account: what they published for the business stays with the business.

A business can stop using Necrologi360 at any time: it is enough to publish nothing more and, if it has a subscription, to cancel it from the panel.
