Terms and conditions
The conditions for using the site.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Who we are and what these terms cover
Necrologi360 is run by Svmedia di Simone Viagi, Via 4 Novembre 2, 07100 Sassari (SS), Italia. Email: info@svmedia.it. Certified email (PEC): svmedia@pcert.postecert.it.
These terms govern the use of the site and of the apps: the public pages, the user account and the business panel (funeral homes and suppliers). By using the site you accept them; on registration you accept them expressly.
The service
Necrologi360 collects the obituaries published by funeral homes and lets you search them, leave a thought, send a telegram or flowers to the family, find funeral homes and suppliers and ask for quotes.
The site puts users and businesses in touch. It is not a funeral home, it does not sell flowers and it does not carry out the suppliers' work: obituaries belong to the funeral homes that publish them, products and services to those who offer them.
Account
Anyone who is at least 18 can register. A business is registered by someone with the power to represent it.
The data provided must be true and up to date. You sign in only after confirming your email with the code received.
Credentials are personal: the account holder is responsible for what is done with it and must tell us at once if they suspect that others are using it.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Whoever is the only one managing the team members of a business must first pass the permission to someone else.
Obituaries
Obituaries are published by funeral homes. The funeral home guarantees that it has the family's mandate and the right to publish texts, photos and posters, and is responsible for their accuracy.
To correct or remove an obituary, contact the funeral home named on the page; if there is no answer you can write to info@necrologi360.com.
Funeral homes can decide whether an obituary accepts thoughts, telegrams and flowers, and can respect the family's request not to receive flowers.
Thoughts, telegrams and other user content
The content you write (thoughts, telegrams, texts of ribbons and cards, requests) must be respectful of the mourning and of people. Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, false or advertising content, and content that infringes the rights of others or the law, is forbidden.
Thoughts are public and appear with your name. Telegrams are private: they are read only by the funeral home, which prints and delivers them, and by the family.
You remain the owner of what you write. You grant us the non-exclusive, free right to store it and show it on the site and in the apps for as long as it stays published.
The funeral home can delete the thoughts left on its obituaries. We can hide or remove, without notice, content that breaks these terms or the law, and suspend whoever publishes it.
We do not check in advance the content published by users and businesses and we have no general obligation to monitor it. We act when we receive a report.
To report unlawful or disrespectful content write to info@necrologi360.com, giving the page and the reason.
Flowers
Flowers are sold by the florist you choose, not by Necrologi360. The sales contract is between you and the florist, who prepares, delivers and issues the receipt. Prices, products and notice times are those of their catalogue.
Payment is made by card on Stripe's pages. On ordering, the amount is only held on the card; it is charged when the florist accepts the order.
If the florist declines or does not accept within the set time, the order is cancelled and the amount is released with no charge. You receive an email.
If the ceremony is moved or cancelled you are told: orders not yet accepted are cancelled; for accepted ones the florist delivers at the new time or refunds.
Flowers are perishable goods prepared on request, with a personalised ribbon and card: the right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). The rights granted by law for a product that is faulty or not delivered remain: in these cases contact the florist, who decides the refund, or write to us if you get no answer.
Quotes
Quote requests and the suppliers' replies are not binding until the offer is accepted. A request without a reply, or an offer without a choice, expires after 30 days.
After acceptance the supplier receives your contact details; work, final price and payment are agreed directly with them, outside the site. Necrologi360 is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for it.
Businesses: registration and subscription
The profile of a new business appears on the site after our staff has checked it. We may refuse or suspend businesses with untrue data or that do not work in the sector.
The business is responsible for the content it publishes (obituaries, posters, photos, catalogue, prices), for the work of the team members it invites and for the personal data it enters, of which it is the data controller.
Some features require a subscription. Plans, included features and prices are those shown on the Plan page of the panel at the time of purchase. The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews by itself when it expires.
Where a free trial is offered, the card is asked for at once and the first charge is made at the end of the trial, unless you cancel before. The trial is given only once.
You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription”: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where the law provides otherwise.
If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until the invoice is settled.
Those who sell on the site collect payments with their own Stripe account and are the seller towards the customer, also for tax purposes. On orders the site keeps the fee set by the chosen plan; Stripe's fees and the refunds decided by the seller are borne by the seller.
We may change prices and fees for the future, with at least 30 days' notice: the new price applies from the next renewal and until then you can cancel.
Intellectual property
The brand, graphics, texts and software of the site belong to Svmedia di Simone Viagi or to those who licensed them to it. They cannot be copied, nor can the content of the site be collected automatically, without written permission.
Obituaries, photos and posters remain the property of those who published them. The templates of posters and cards provided in the panel can be used only for the obituaries published on the site.
Liability
Everyone is responsible for the content they publish and holds Svmedia di Simone Viagi harmless from third-party claims arising from it. We are not liable for the accuracy of obituaries, profiles and catalogues, nor for the products, services and work provided by businesses.
We do our best to keep the site always reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: it may be suspended for maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account, or hide a profile, in case of a breach of these terms, unlawful use of the site, false data or missed payment. Where possible we give notice first and a chance to put things right.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. Important changes are communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days before they take effect; those who do not accept them can delete their account or cancel their subscription by that date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled. In all other cases the Court of Sassari has exclusive jurisdiction.
Contact
For questions about these terms, reports and complaints write to info@necrologi360.com or to the certified email svmedia@pcert.postecert.it.
